Office Assistant

Need to manage front office works and keep the management informed.
Driver

Drive our vehicles, accompanying customers to meetings and job sites

Conduct route checks, fuel inventory checks, and vehicle maintenance checks

Fuel vehicles and maintain safe driving record

Update vehicle logs and log complaints
-
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and copying as needed

Manage vehicle inventory
Multi Tasking Staff

Maintaining the cleanliness of the office.

Carrying of files and papers within the building/outside building.

Physical maintenance of records of the office.

Photocopying, sending of fax, etc.

Other non-clerical work in the Section/Unit.
Data Entry Operator
-
Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
-
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
-
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
-
Scan documents and print files, when needed
-
Keep information confidential
-
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
-
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
Security Guard
-
Inspect and patrol premises regularly.
-
Monitor property entrance.
-
Authorize entrance of people and vehicles.
-
Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings.
-
Secure all exits, doors and windows.
-
Monitor surveillance cameras.
Clerk
-
File documents in the appropriate place so they are easy to find.
-
Accurately enter data from paper files into computer systems.
-
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
-
Process incoming mail and ensure it reaches the appropriate person, prepare outgoing mail for sending.
